  • Assisting you in selecting an appropriate casket for international transportation.
  • Providing embalming services as mandated by law.
  • Representing you at the embassy when required.
  • Offering guidance on translation and legalization services if needed.
  • Transporting the casket to the airport for the flight.
  • Supplying professionally trained staff and a private vehicle for the collection and conveyance of the deceased individual to our premises at any time, day or night, including out-of-hours collections, from any central London location.
  • Ensuring the attentive care of your loved one, including dressing and preparation for viewing.
  • Allowing the use of our premises for visiting your loved one in our Chapel of Rest.
  • Assisting in the planning of a service or event that commemorates your loved one’s life prior to their departure.

Determining the precise cost of repatriation can be challenging due to the individual nature of each case. However, as a general estimate, it typically falls within the range of £2,000 to £4,000. The actual repatriation expenses are influenced by various factors, including the destination of the deceased, the necessity for a hermetically sealed (airtight) coffin, and whether any translations are required.

The timeline for repatriation varies depending on the location of the individual’s passing and their intended destination. As a general rule, the process typically takes around 14 days to arrange, although it can be affected by factors such as time zones and possible flight delays. Rest assured, we are committed to expediting the process and ensuring a seamless experience for you to the best of our ability.

Typically, the transportation of a deceased individual is conducted via air travel, although in cases where land-based repatriation is necessary, specially adapted vehicles are employed. Such land repatriation is more common when, for instance, transferring remains from Wales to England.
